As the New Year begins, try not to compare yourself to others – just be the best “you” that you can be.  It is best to set reasonable expectations and not be too hard on yourself.  Most of all, you need to realize that you are much more than just  your body!  Don’t let your physique define you; it’s only one component of your “self.” 

 

Getting fit (and healthy) is not something that you achieve and forget, it's something that you attain and maintain.
