You HAVE TO have a plan, a goal. What do I want?  That is the question you have to seriously ask yourself.  Do I want to: Have more energy, be healthy, gain confidence???  Regular physical activity will provide these things and more.  Call me, my motivation never ends and it's contagious!  As Winston Churchill once said: “He who fails to plan is planning to fail.”
