Instead of worrying that you won't be able to do it all, just do what you can.

 

Can't walk 10,000 steps? Aim for 600.

 

Can't eat four servings of vegetables? Eat one.

 

Can't get around to reading for at least one hour a day? Aim for 10 minutes.

 

Can't go for a nature walk today? Try to do a stretch or two instead.

 

 

What I'm suggesting is that you do something instead of nothing. Your body (and your mind) will thank you!!
