Stop blaming "AGE" -

 

Are you aging with intention or aging by default ("I shouldn't do this, I am too old"..)

 

Blaming "AGE" for injuries? One is never too old to train, just train smarter and in safer fashion.

 

Blaming "AGE" for movement limitations - start mobility training now, one step at a time!

 

Don't look to pills, injections, and surgery for a "quick fix" especially due to your "AGE"; instead take an honest look at your lifestyle and training and make the necessary adjustments.

 

Blaming "AGE" for health problems... we don't become unhealthy due to getting older, we get older due to having unhealthy habits.

 

Is it your "AGE" or is it your INACTION?
