It's not easy to live in a healthy fashion.  It's definitely not easy if you have a lot of changes to make.  I know this...what I also know is that it can be done...but you have to organize your thoughts and be truly committed.  Just focus on one goal at a time, stick to it, then add another goal, etc. 

For example - for today, plan on drinking more water; from now on..try to make it a habit.

 

Think positively - when you jump on the scale and the number is still the same or not as you had hoped...instead of thinking - 'The scale is stuck, why bother', RETHINK - 'This pudge will (eventually) budge'..

 

Maybe it's time to reboot...reboot your mood and workout!
