Which one to add to your coffee? NONE...they are all overloaded with sugar!

Getting my point yet? Read the label carefully, usually the back has more "detail/truth".
 
Sweet dark chocolate has a whopping 21 grams of sugar AND 150 calories!
 
The front shows, 'Reduced calorie'..check out the back!
 
The back shows only 35 calories and 3 grams of sugar. Go with this one, at least try it...
