Let's call this...the HESITATION stretch!
Here we go - quad (front of the leg above knee) stretch.
Back and hamstring (lower back leg) stretch.

Lifting the leg always helps the tummy area...

What a great stretch! Try it!
This one feels good, and then add the balance challenge as he is showing..on the toes!
My 101 client is doing this shoulder/chest stretch better than MANY!!!
