Even If


There are many things we ought to be doing in life, yet we don’t (because we 'don’t feel like doing it'). One such thing is to exercise. We should just do it, EVEN IF it’s light and easy, EVEN IF it’s only for a few minutes.

Think of all the people who can’t even move their bodies; be grateful that you can! 

Make it a habit, by doing it – EVEN IF consistently!
