Take your measurements. You might not like your stats now, but you'll be glad you wrote them down when you see how many inches you've lost. It's also another way to measure your success, instead of just looking at the scale. I am constantly telling people that they should not focus solely on the scale number; you can be losing fat (a common goal), yet gaining muscle, so the scale may even show an increase. Sometimes even when the numbers on the scale aren't going down, the measurements on your body are. Don't give up...sometimes numbers are crazy too; instead focus on stuff such as - 'my clothes are definitely fitting me better', 'I am feeling stronger', etc.
You must believe in yourself-you can definitely do this!!!
