Saturday and Sunday are not rest days.  You don’t get results by sticking to healthy foods and exercise, Monday through Friday and then take a break on the w/end.  S and S isn’t time to Sit and Sleep, or Stop and get Sloppy.  These days are just as important.  You don’t stop and start again…keep consistent to get to where you’re going!
