A lot of people view exercise as 'work', sometimes even as 'punishment'.  Depending on many factors, such as the intensity and the frequency level, exercising can be quite difficult and even viewed as being unpleasant.

What I would like you to remember is that the E in Exercise should stand for enjoyment.  Find exercises you enjoy and start doing them today.  With consistency and focus, rewards will be abound sooner than you know it.
