Why not try having a daily health checklist? It might help you stay on track. Here's a sample:

Drink water. Lots of it.

Eat vegetables often, throughout the day.

Move/use/exercise the body; try to work up a sweat.

Take a moment (or two) to stretch.

Walk as much as possible. Take the stairs to keep the legs strong.

Have good posture (try to not slouch).

Getting 'enough' sleep is very important. Try to sleep for a decent amount of hours.
