Why not try having a daily health checklist? It might help you stay on track. Here's a sample:



  • Drink water. Lots of it.
  • Eat vegetables often, throughout the day.
  • Move/use/exercise the body; try to work up a sweat.
  • Take a moment (or two) to stretch.
  • Walk as much as possible. Take the stairs to keep the legs strong.
  • Have good posture (try to not slouch).
  • Getting 'enough' sleep is very important. Try to sleep for a decent amount of hours.
