What You Are Thinking:  I don't want to work out today

Quitter's Thinking:  I quit

Successful Thinking:  I'll just do a warm up. If I still don't want to exercise, I'll stop

 

 

What You Are Thinking:  This workout is boring
Quitter's Thinking:  I quit
Successful Thinking:  Maybe I'll try a new activity--like that spinning class

 

 

 

What You Are Thinking:  I missed my last few workouts, why bother?
Quitter's Thinking:  I quit
Successful Thinking:  I've gotten off track, but I'm ready to get started again. I'll be back to where I was in no time

 

 

What You Are Thinking:  I haven't lost a single pound.
Quitter's Thinking:  I quit
Successful Thinking:  If I quit now, I'll never see long-term results

 

 

Don't be a quitter!  Think 'successfully' and you will see/have 'successful' results!
