A client tells me, "I have some really good cookies in the kitchen, I will eat some now, and work out later.' I look at her and say, 'Why not switch that around?'
That's right, work out first, treat yourself later. Why? Lots of times, we tend to have that intention of working out later, and somehow it never seems to happen...so just to make sure you get in your daily exercise, do it first, make it a priority. Studies show that people (especially women) tend to have less of an appetite after exercise; put it to the test- starting today!
