Let’s face it - the reality of any journey, whether it’s business, relationships, diet, or fitness; you are probably going to make mistakes and stumble here and there. It is a part of the experience and you should expect it. The difference between failing on a diet or fitness routine and succeeding is, whether you pick yourself up from the fall and keep on going forward, or do you use it as an excuse to quit.
