You need to be patient with yourself.  Don't rush to lose weight.  Let's face it, you are not going to have a new body overnight. It takes weeks, sometimes months -- to see real changes.

Even a pound of weight loss or a pound of muscle gain is reason to celebrate; just not with (fatty foods:).

 

Now go ahead and practice....having patience! And don't forget to reward yourself when you see a positive change.
