I am used to hearing, 'Some day', when I suggest to someone that they begin to eat a bit healthier, move more, get fit.


Some day? One day? Waiting for a better time? When will a better time be? When will it be easier?


Instead of waiting, why not make your 'some day', today? Your 'one day', today?
