The first thing you should do when faced with the challenge of (fast) weight loss is....change your beverage. Do NOT drink sodas (regular nor diet-even diet sodas can slow down metabolism), sweet tea, lattes, juices, and anything with sugar.  Drink water, water, and then some more water.  It's the best non-caloric beverage with so many benefits!!!
