Whenever I get a new client, I say, ‘We must be realistic’. They agree, then. Yet, two weeks later, I get – ‘How come my arms aren’t firm like yours yet? Why is my belly still sticking out?’ I look at them and gently say, ‘It will take some time and we need to review your eating patterns again. Remember, it’s a combination of exercising and healthy eating. I am sorry, but that is the reality.’
