Let's face it - we like (and have) habits and routines; perhaps we need to seriously consider changing or stopping some of them in order to live a healthier life.

 

Some of the things to consider changing could include:

  • What time you get up each morning
  • What time you go to bed each night
  • How you spend your free time
  • How you shop, cook and eat
  • How much TV you watch

Changing bad habits takes time and effort. However, if you really want to be 'living healthy', then this means spending time and energy on your body--moving it around and paying attention to what you put into it.
