The holidays will be upon us sooner than we think.  It is not time to relax and do nothing.  Keep working at getting/staying fit and healthy!  Do you have a 'Take Action Checklist'?  Here are a few ideas, see how many you are already familiar with, see how many you can add, see how many more you can come up with and practice!

 

Your Take Action Checklist to Improve Your Health

• Each day I will try and find ways to move my body more.
• I will prioritize exercise by getting it on my schedule.
• I will try to stand more than I sit.
• My week will consist of cardio and strength training workouts.
• I will keep water in arms reach to drink all day long.
• Each day I will try and find ways to move my body more.
• I will keep trying to work in more veggies to my meals.
• I will have healthy snacks on hand for when the munchies strike.
