Holiday time is...well - a time to party: Have fun, eat good (or bad) food, drink (too much) etc.


HOLIDAYS = luncheons and dinner parties, so you may start to think, 'Hmm...I should wait until January 1st to really commit to getting into shape, to getting and staying healthy, to starting that new low-carbohydrate plan'.
