It's all about practice!! Yes, practice...

Fat loss is not a sprint, it is more like a marathon (it takes time...sometimes a LONG time) – it seems like “the faster it comes off, the faster it goes back on”–so do NOT rush.  Instead take some time to: Think about what you want to achieve, about how you can schedule your day to be more in line with your goals (because, yes, it can be done) and then practice, then practice again.
