I had the pleasure of speaking to a former client of mine recently.  (She had stopped training with me  a few months ago, due to some serious health issues).  I still advise her on food choices and on keeping active, so I was anxious to hear an update from her.  Throughout our conversation, she would say, 'I am waiting for the first of January', to which I would respond by keeping quiet.  This went on a few times, until she finally realized what she was saying/doing.  'Yes, I keep on waiting for the first of January, for the first of something', we then both chuckled.


Stop waiting.  Stop waiting for the New Year to begin, stop waiting for some-thing, some-day, some-one. It is time to start today.  Start making those healthier choices your mind and body both need!
