You know the saying, “If you don’t use it, you lose it”. For example, in order to have great arms, you can’t just start a routine—you have to stick with it! The changes you make when you develop new habits, need to continue in order for the results to stick around.

"I think this is my number 1 issue.. consistency. I do really well for a week and then blow it all in one weekend or meal. I am committing to changing that. One step at a time :) " (6/5/18)
