Sometimes we tend to get stuck on something that used to work before, even though it is no longer working for us! This “normal” human behavior can be counterproductive or even destructive.
For example, you may be trying to lose weight and initially you did experience a lower number on the scale; however, you continue to do the same things in the same fashion, even though the scale may now seem "stuck"!
Maybe early on you didn’t have to think about caloric content, but now you should consider it.
Maybe early on you didn’t have to exercise much beyond walking, but now you could really benefit from more.
Maybe early on you didn’t have to worry about anything but diet, but now you should explore moving more.
