If you haven't already...then it's time to:

  • Quit smoking.
  • Add more fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and water to your daily diet.
  • Practice good sleep hygiene by NOT bringing any 'screen' (Phone, iPad, Kindle, Laptop, etc. ) to bed.
  • Get more exercise by walking or by starting a fitness program.
  • Not sure where to start? Why not hire an In Home Personal Trainer such as myself to show you the way:)
  • Learn techniques for stress reduction, such as meditation or deep breathing.
