Quit smoking.

Add more fruits, vegetables, lean meats, and water to your daily diet.

Practice good sleep hygiene by NOT bringing any 'screen' (Phone, iPad, Kindle, Laptop, etc. ) to bed.

Get more exercise by walking or by starting a fitness program.
