There is no "one-size-fits-all" plan. What works for you at one stage of life, may not at another.

Today you may have balanced on your right leg better than ever; tomorrow, your right leg/ankle/calf may not want to cooperate at all.

When it comes to wanting to become healthier, rather than choosing a fixed diet and exercise program, why not try a flexible one that leads to healthy lifestyle habits, no matter what circumstances may arise.  TOO MANY TIMES, my clients tell me: "Well..this and that happened so I ate much more than usual".."Well, I needed some comforting, so I ate comfort food", etc..

Do not allow circumstances to determine your health. Try to adapt to constant changes, rise to challenges and circumvent obstacles; this way your goal of living healthier will happen!
