If you think you’re following the rules and still not seeing results, perhaps you need to take a closer look at your daily habits. Some of the following "hidden mistakes" may not seem so bad on the surface, but their cumulative effect could bring your weight loss to a screeching halt, so perhaps it is time to:

 

  • STOP drinking so many smoothies and juices
  • STOP using so much cooking oil
  • STOP drinking diet soda
  • STOP rewarding workouts with food
  • STOP starving yourself (yes, you heard me)
  • STOP spending so much time on the treadmill (strength training is important)
  • STOP staying up late (getting enough sleep is crucial)
  • STOP establishing goals (ONLY) in terms of inches and pounds

Now that you've read the STOPS, what about the time to START?
