Walking is a great start to any fitness program. It costs nothing and the benefits (such as improved heart health) are numerous to people of all ages and fitness levels. It may also help prevent certain diseases and even prolong your life.

 

I walk every single DAY:

Stroll It                 SunDAY

March It               MonDAY

Tip Toe It            TuesDAY

Walk It          WednesDAY

Trot It                ThursDAY

Foot It                     FriDAY

Step It                 SaturDAY

 

If you haven't already started, think positively such as, I will:

STROLL IT on SunDAY not STUMBLE.

FOOT IT on FriDAY not FALTER.

 

 

Instead of WALKING excuses in your head, just start walking!
