Get down on your elbows, keep your hips off the floor if you can

On your hands is a great way to "plank"

Challenge yourself to get your hands completely flat on the ground, modify by starting in a chair

I'm soooo into balance

Swing to get some cardio in, good for the heart

Balance plus shoulder work...ouch but oh so good

You can modify by keeping foot on the floor

This balance move helps your hip flexors

Yes, yes and yes, I'm loving this

Time to get down to business

This is a great position to challenge your core

Ready to advance? Lift one leg off the floor

Adding weights (not weight:) will help your bones get stronger

Feeling strong is my daily goal

Arms always need attention, don't neglect

Right leg up, left arm up holding weights = balance and strength

When ready try to lift leg with bend in knee and hold for a few seconds

Do this sitting down or put hand on counter/chair instead of on shoulder

Side plank 'on the hand' is a great core exercise!

Can you do this? Pull one knee towards your chest and hold for at least 20 seconds..

Excellent move for your glutes and hammys (hamstrings).

Lifting your hips off the ground helps your spine as well.

Arm exercise as doggie lends support:).

Strengthening her back on stability ball.

Working on getting tighter quads (quadriceps).

Stabilizing before attempting a shoulder press.

His reward for always keeping FIT. He is 94!

About last night (check the date:)...I finally walked OVER 30,000 steps?!!

Even the younger folk may be starting to 'lose it'..

WOW! Patience...is a good thing to have?.. Staying at home? - Play with your pets, involve them while you're exercising !

I said, "Let's end with a stretch", so...

We walk this trail weekly...LOVE IT! Harder than it looks!
