Friday - You don't need to be someone you are not. Be real. Be kind. Be you. Be exactly where and who you need to be.
Saturday - A quiet life can still be a good one. Rest is a power move too.
Sunday - Before the (work) week begins again, remember to forgive yourself. For everything. Even the tiny things. It will be okay. You will be okay.
