Let's be honest with ourselves. Are we willing? Are we willing to make it LAST?

In order to achieve certain (fitness/health) goals, we have to be willing to:

Learn new things

Adapt new habits to replace old ones

Step out of our comfort zone

Take our time (don't rush it)

 

*Be consistent with our efforts! Without consistency, the road to success will be a very long, painful one.

 

 

We must be willing to do whatever it takes. Are we there yet?
