I like the feeling of being 'strong'. It is something I have to work on every single day, mentally and physically.  I want my body to be active, not only now, but in the future. As I get older, I do not want someone else to have to take care of me.

 

  • Exercise is a commitment to my independence in the future. Don't you want to be strong, too?
