Why not try having a daily health checklist? It might help you stay on track. Here's a sample:
DAILY HEALTH CHECKLIST
- Drink water. Lots of it.
- Eat vegetables often, throughout the day.
- Move/use/exercise the body; try to work up a sweat.
- Take a moment (or two) to stretch.
- Walk as much as possible. Take the stairs to keep the legs strong.
- Have good posture (try to not slouch).
- Getting 'enough' sleep is very important. Try to sleep for a decent amount of hours.
