Modified version of a "lat pull down"-great for the upper back and shoulder area.

Another way to use the bands - no sitting this time!

Walking is key - stronger legs, stronger heart! Keep going my 81 year old client, so proud of you!

Read that again..you don't really have to train "insane", but consistency will get you where you need to be.
