In my "travel clothes", to the gym after checking into hotel.

Time to elevate - 2nd step with treadmill.

Step 3-Try to walk using no hand support, this will force your core muscles to work to keep your body upright!

You can always have fun on the treadmill, ha ha

I like upper body strength, don't you?

Is this me being silly or actually working-a bit of both.

Back to swinging days (well, almost heh heh)

At the Veterans Home..

I'm (almost) always willing to try different positions!

In Jamaica last month-I was feeling great!

When in doubt, just chill at the gym ha ha ha
