Getting my stretch and water in-your turn!

This guy said I could post but not clearly, clearly!! HA HA HA

Told doggie to stretch...she sure did!

Hypermobility is what it's called..it has its' pros and cons, of course..

Stretching the quad (front of leg), also balancing-my specialty!

Always have to challenge myself!

At a private gym at 5am...

I felt this wonderful stretch in my shoulders; try it!

Stretching allows me to feel a bit "free"..
