Side plank 'on the hand' is a great core exercise!
 
Can you do this? Pull one knee towards your chest and hold for at least 20 seconds..
 
Excellent move for your glutes and hammys (hamstrings).
 
Lifting your hips off the ground helps your spine as well.
 
Arm exercise as doggie lends support:).
 
Strengthening her back on stability ball.
 
Working on getting tighter quads (quadriceps).
 
Stabilizing before attempting a shoulder press.
 
So much support from her doggie!!
