Here are two main tips for a less stressful holiday time:


1. Stay active, however not "too active". Include some healthy activities into your daily routine; however listen to your body and take some "downtime" as needed.


2. Laugh often; laughter can be a great stress reliever, so maybe watch a funny movie, share a joke or two, or simply try to engage in activities that make you laugh.


Life is too short not to laugh. HAPPY HOLIDAYS to you and your loved ones!
