I have a client who loves food MUCH more than he loves (to) exercise.  He said to me, 'Gee, my core is getting so much stronger, thanks to you.  Now if only I would stop eating all the food I love to eat, maybe I would see more definition in my abs'.  I wanted to say: The best ab exercise is 5 reps of stop eating so much crap! But I didn't...he knows what he needs to do.  We all do, but it is so much easier said than done.  Let's try again, starting today.
