At the end of each day, here are some questions to ask yourself:


  • Did I work out today?
  • Did I drink a lot of water?
  • Did I find ways to MOVE MORE and sit less?
  • Did I reduce the amount of sugar I put into my body?
  • Did I stay away from processed foods?
