The downfall of many people trying to lose weight is portion control. People trying to lose weight and get in shape, often get so busy deciding which foods are good and bad that the notion of portion control disappears. When we determine foods are bad we stay away from them. When we decide a food is low fat or a diet food, then we tend to eat it in abundance (remember they have calories too). Our bodies need carbohydrates, protein, and certain kinds of fats. Eat smart and watch those portions!
