The most common question I get from people these days – How can I get rid of my belly fat? My first response – ‘Watch that sugar intake of yours and move more’. Of course it’s not so simple. Many things have to happen if we are to reduce. However, it is well known that too much sugar in our system doesn’t help, so we should cut down on it NOW. Sugar is in so many things, from applesauce to pasta sauce; honey-roasted peanuts and honey-baked ham. Recently I found a loaf of bread where there were five different forms of sugar on the ingredient list. Read the ingredient label whenever possible, and be more conscious of what you are putting into your mouth.
