All health and fitness goals require sustained motivation. We tend to make big plans, get excited, then somewhere, somehow, we just don't feel like doing it anymore, the effort isn't there...Just remember, it’s an adventure, not a destination. Not a place to aim for, to reach and then stop. Every single day I do physical exercise, I feel stronger, more competent, somehow better about ME. ...How about you? How are you feeling? Are you feeling forced, or doubting your capabilities? Are you feeling motivated to continue? If not, perhaps it is time to for you to examine why aren’t you making the necessary effort, the changes, the time, to help you become a better you; while on earth don’t you want to have a better quality of life ?
