"Practice the philosophy of continuous improvement. Get a little bit better every single day."


These words make so much sense.  What sticks out to me the most: Practice, Continuous, and Little Bit Better.


PRACTICE:  We must continue to repeat healthy actions, eating less junk and moving just a little bit more every day.


CONTINUOUS:  This is crucial to anyone's success in any area of life.  We must keep up our actions continuously.  If you plan on exercising 3 days a week, then 3 days a week it must be.  Not 3 days this week, then for the next 2 weeks, oh let me take a break, oh I don't have time, oh I am so tired (ugh, excuses are so inexcusable:)....Continuous action will help us reach to where we want to go.


A LITTLE BIT...take tiny steps, but make that first step and keep on going, keep on moving in the right direction. Little by little, we can get there, we can get better, feel better...making too HUGE of a move may be a bit overwhelming, and we tend to give up when we set our goals too high, too big, too unrealistic to reach.
