What does Thanksgiving really mean to you? Does it mean - inevitable temptation, loss of control and subsequent weight gain? Those can kill the joy of the holiday!


Gentle reminders:
1. Make exercise a part of Thanksgiving. Go for a brisk walk or a short run before your guests arrive, or before heading to your holiday destination.
2. Maintain, don’t gain during this Thanksgiving Holiday. Enjoy, celebrate, eat less – after all smaller portions are just as delicious; Happy Thanksgiving!
