The number one excuse to avoid exercising is: "I don't have time"....grrrr...


Saying you don't have time to work on yourself, to exercise, to get healthier, to improve your like saying that you don't have time to stop for gas because you are too busy driving.


Eventually (health) consequences will catch up with you.


We all have the same 24 hours in a day - so MAKE the time, put some time aside; in other words, prioritize and see the POSITIVE results!
