Focus on yourself..if only for a few moments:


What can you do right now to take care of yourself? Nourish yourself in some way?

  • Maybe it’s a stretch, maybe you notice where you’re holding tension; your shoulders, your stomach, your jaw - breathe into it and release it.
  • Maybe you choose a meal (packed with nutrients) that will stabilize your energy; a meal that makes you feel good inside.
  • Maybe you go for a walk.
  • Maybe you think about what you are grateful for - such as being able to move, to exercise.
  • Maybe you notice you are dehydrated, so it’s time to have some water.

These small acts of kindness to yourself (especially in times of trouble or struggle), are profound.

Remember you are amazing, now get moving!
